Products may be returned even if the original packaging has been opened, provided the item is unused and in its original condition. All materials, accessories, and components included in the original packaging must be returned with the product.

If the original packaging is damaged, the product may be returned in alternative packaging, as long as it is properly and securely packed to prevent damage during transit.

At this time, we do not operate a traditional brick-and-mortar retail store. However, most of our products are available in stock at our warehouse.

Customers are welcome to visit our warehouse to collect products in person. Purchases are processed through our online store, and our staff will assist you with placing the order if needed. Once the order is completed, the products can be handed over to you immediately.

All brands are organized by product category for easy navigation. You can view the available brands within each product group using the category menu on the right-hand side.

For example, by selecting the Paper Products category, you will see a complete list of all brands whose paper products are available in our store.

There is no maximum limit on the quantity of products you can order. You are welcome to purchase as many items as required.

For selected product categories, such as paper products, pallet quantities are clearly indicated to help you plan larger orders. If your order exceeds a single pallet, we can arrange shipment across multiple pallets as needed.

Alternatively, you can create your username while placing an order.
