Delivery Terms

These Delivery Terms govern the sale and delivery of products purchased through this website. By placing an order, the customer confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.

2. Order Acceptance

All orders placed through the online store are subject to acceptance by the seller. An order is considered accepted only after an order confirmation has been sent to the customer by email. The seller reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order due to product unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected misuse.

3. Prices and Payment

All prices displayed on the website are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Shipping costs are calculated separately and displayed at checkout before final confirmation. Payment must be completed in full before the order is dispatched.

4. Delivery and Dispatch

Orders are processed and dispatched on business days only, excluding weekends and public holidays. Delivery times provided are estimates and may vary depending on stock availability, delivery location, and logistics service providers.

The seller shall not be held liable for delivery delays caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to transportation disruptions, strikes, natural events, or force majeure.

5. Transfer of Risk

The risk of loss or damage to the goods transfers to the customer upon delivery of the order to the delivery address provided at checkout.

6. Uncollected or Undeliverable Shipments

If a shipment is not collected by the customer or is returned due to incorrect delivery information provided by the customer, the seller reserves the right to charge delivery and handling costs. Re-shipment may be subject to additional charges.

7. Inspection of Goods

The customer is responsible for inspecting the goods immediately upon receipt. Any visible damage, missing items, or incorrect products must be reported to the seller in writing within fourteen (14) days from the date of delivery.

8. Damaged or Incorrect Deliveries

In case of transport-related damage, the customer must also submit a claim to the delivery service provider. Failure to notify within the specified timeframe may result in the claim being rejected.

9. Limitation of Liability

The seller shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the delivered products, except where liability cannot be excluded under applicable law.

10. Governing Law

These Delivery Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Finland. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Finnish courts.
